  • Crash/Error Reports: In case the extension fails, we collect crash or error report data.

  • Payment and Subscription Information: For paid users, we store subscription details, plan information, emails added to the account, and payment information.

How do we collect data?

  • Data is transmitted to our secured server hosted on AWS using REST API.

  • Information is collected through the Chrome extension's operation and user input on our website.

How and why do we process your data?

  • To analyze community preferences and establish standards for managing email content.

  • For research and development of new features and products.

  • To provide and improve the InboxInsurgence service, including troubleshooting and enhancing user experience.
